The likelihood of damage is very small. However, in case there is any damage, here’s how you can get a replacement:
We offer a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online.
Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Replacement will not be made in cases of damage due to normal wear and tear, incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product, and negligence on part of the customer.
If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of defect in product in the form of a photo, while the product is still in its packaging.
The exchange policy is not applicable for any consumable item which has been used or installed, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, any damage / defect not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The policy is also not applicable on any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
